
As a Sales Administrator for a K4Security , your main responsibility is to support the sales team in all administrative functions related to the sales process. Some specific duties may include:
- Data management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the company's sales database. This includes inputting new leads, updating customer information, and tracking sales activity.
- Sales support: You will assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other materials necessary for the sales process. This may involve working with the marketing team to create collateral, coordinating with other departments to gather necessary information, and organizing and prioritizing the sales team's workload.
- Customer service: You will be a point of contact for customers and prospects, answering questions and providing support when needed. You will need to be able to communicate effectively and professionally and ensure that all inquiries are handled in a timely manner.
- Reporting: You will generate regular reports on sales activity, including sales pipelines, lead generation, and revenue forecasts. You will need to have strong analytical skills and be able to identify trends and opportunities.
- Process improvement: You will work with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in the sales process, and make recommendations for changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Working Hours: 39 hours per week.
